The Diploma Quality Auditing Intensive is highly recommended. Training goes for whole week with homework each night - the dynamics in the training made the learning enjoyable: quickly grasp and slide into the role of the auditor confidently: Take away a plethora of knowledge and experiences in auditing, leading audits, audit processes, relationship associated in ,audit documents achieving successful audit outcomes, systemic concepts.Carmen our trainer makes the training a living / learning experience, enjoyable and confidence in auditing and your own practices. Carmen creates simulated environments, using adult learning, with her wealth of knowledge and experience makes the learning inspiring, meaningful, of great value. BSB51615 Diploma of Quality Auditing; great course, Carmen Yates great trainer. Location at Varsity Lakes great facilities, amenities and parking. Content of course very thorough - highly recommend the 5 day 'face to face' option. My Self paced component continues, I appreciate that study can be done off line.. journey continues.

Enrolled into BSB51615 Diploma of Quality Auditing; admin staff very helpful; training materials arrived as promised; well presented learner friendly, good follow up contact between enrolment and attendance.

Attended 5 days "intense" course at Varsity Lakes (Gold Coast, Qld). Trainer (Carmen) was excellent great interaction; small group of learners is certainly a plus.

Intense? YES, not a course to attend if you want / expect that attendance is a pass.

Certainly realize how much I didn't know. Nice balance of theory and group discussion / with (safe) role play. NOT death by PowerPoint!!

Still have plenty of work to do on my own; self-paced work books, but feel confident due to the 5 days participation; and given adequate time to do this.

Personally I do think this course would have been a big ask for me to complete just "on-line" without the weeks attendance.

Venue really good especially as it was close to a good variety of coffee shops and lunch venues. So good to have car parking available (and free!!!!!)

Very good value comparing price for quality.

I made the trip to the Gold Coast from Cairns to participate in the Diploma of Quality Auditing course for the 5 day face-to-face training. The whole course was set out in a very good structure and the delivery of the course from the instructor was excellent. I left the course feeling very comfortable and confident returning to my workplace as a Quality Officer and utilising my skills and knowledge I learnt from this course.

Have just completed a 5 day intensive face-to-face Diploma Quality Auditing (BSB51615) with the wonderful Carmen Yates.
Fantastic experience, with great quality learning materials, excellent group facilitation and support as required. Administrative support pre-attendance was also great with a quote provided within a one hour window!
This is the second qualification I have completed with HBA (other was TAE40110) and would certainly come back again and again. I have used other RTO's, and they do not match HBA for price, quality and the knowledge and skill level of their facilitators or learning materials.

Attended the TAE40110 intensive course with Julian De Francesco. It was really well presented. Julian took excellent care of all learners spending additional time where it was needed. Nothing was to much trouble for Julian even after hours. Well organized and extremely skilled presenter. Actually had fun.

I really enjoyed my learning experience with HBA learning! The facilitator was wonderful and made the course lively and fun. The administration team were always helpful and supportive. The learning material was easy to get, and straight forward. I would highly recommend HBA learning to others. They also offered me great flexibility in the course times and delivery. Have just completed the 5 day intensive face to face Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and it was thoroughly enjoyable. There is a lot of work to be done over the 5 days but the facilitator, Carmen, was very well versed in the subject and presented very well.

I'm from the fitness industry. I have my Cert III and Cert IV in fitness as well as a diploma. I found HBA via online and did a intense teachers/accesses course. LOVED IT.

The course was really, really engaging. Considering it's for 5 days and starts at 9am and finishes at 4.30pm the days went so quick as we were kept busy and had fun along the way. I would highly recommend HBA, Carmen was a fantastic Trainer and really made the course enjoyable.
