The two technicians of AC ALARMS called at my home to assess the problem with a relatively new security alarm system that was installed by an unprofessional company, with the wiring damaged by the way it was routed through the tiles in and out, then into the guttering, which led to the whole system packing up. Within ten minutes I received from them not only a quote but a clear explanation as to what cable will be used and the final outcome I can expect, after inspectging the previously installed wiring.

They turned up on the agreed time, completed the job quickly, explained the workings of the system, and reprogrammed the keypad.

It would be difficult to find a pair of professionals who were as polite, tidy and didn't try to talk one into buying everything that was invented in the past ten years than the ones remedied our problems: AC ALARMS.
