Paid for PERMANENT STREAKS ... After washing my hair 3 times the colour was GONE... unbelievably rude when I asked why this happened they said its because i had streaks in before WHICH MAKES NO SENSE IN WHY THEY WOULD CHARGE ME and go along with colouring my hair when they KNEW IT would wash out !!!! Spoke to other hairdressers and they said the above info is incorrect... It was just done POORLY
