I found the staff very personable and professional. I didn't mind paying the small portion of $65 for the testing and equipment that medicare did not cover. The benifits outway the cost significantly. I have been ill for may years and am looking forward to a good nights sleep. As im sure my husband is! I reccommend this organisation to anyone who has issues with sleep.

A few months ago my doctor referred me for a sleep study. I should have been concerned when I got an appointment the same day that I rang. Certainly the emphasis of a $60 out of pocket fee should have alerted me.

When I entered the premises, the woman there had her school aged child lolling about on the chairs. (It was school holidays.). Again I was informed of the $60 fee. I was eventually taken out the back and the machine and requirements were quickly, very quickly explained to me. Again the $60 fee was explained. (Truly if it was this much of an issue, just get me to pay first.) The machine and all its bits were packaged up, and we went out the front, where I finally got to pay the out of pocket expense. That was $60, in case you haven't heard it as much as I was.

That evening I followed the instructions (better pictures in the included information would have been really helpful) and the next morning I took the machine back. This was on the Tuesday morning. I was advised that I should have the results by the end of the week.
Friday morning I rang and spoke to a gentleman who told me that, no, it takes a week.
Tuesday morning I phoned and was told my results would be sent out that day. Friday I rang again and was told they would be resent. The following Wednesday I rang again and insisted they get emailed (they had asked for my email address in the initial consult). A few hours later the results were finally received by me.

The outcome of my sleep study was that whilst I had a sleep issue, it was not something a CPAP machine was needed for.

A few days later I returned to my doctor and he had not had my test results from this company either. To this date, my posted copy has not been received by me, and my doctor has still to receive a copy from them as well.

Perhaps if they could have gouged a lot of money out of me with the sale of a machine I would have received my results without my constant phone calls.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely not.
