I was contacted by Heffernan Webdesigns and was please to hear they were Australian and I could have a meeting with the Director. I was sick of being badgered by overseas calls promising the world. This particular staff came into my office and they seemed genuine and had a reasonable portfolio of work so I signed up for 12 months SEO which entailed some website changes. Rather than working with the dynamic website I had they proceeded to have a colleague completely redesign my website leaving out all my previous functionality. Essentially they failed to relay my requirements to their web designer and they just started from scratch with a nice looking but simple site that no longer does what I want it to do. I had to argue long and hard to have my client login functionality incorporated. They refused to complete the task because they underestimated the amount of work required. During one phone conversation this staff even lost their temper worse than I have ever heard a so called professional loose their temper which completely floored me. I now have a sight that looks fancy but doesn't rank. I really need someone to fix it but am so jaded by this experience. I do not recommend them at all. Stay away!
