I discussed with the hairdresser what I was after, and they sort of did it. It wasn't worth mentioning that it was not quite right as I was satisfied with the result. They communicated well whilst cutting, however did not seem to listen and understand what i was after.

I had work done on hair that i could only describe as my nightmare.. they made me feel like a million dollars, I went in with very little expectations and walked out knowing that i felt 100 times better!!!
