The worst place to go to when it comes to stereo issues. Go elsewhere as Ray doesn't do diagnostic test but claims to, lucky for me I got a second opinion. I could have lost a good $800.

HEKTIK IS THE #1 place to go to in Melbourne, Brunswick where they do the BEST MODIFICATIONS.......where anything you want they will assist you with, whether its wheels, a unit, LED lights and the list goes on! Basically what YOU PAY..IS WHAT YOU GET IN QUALITY!!! Also Ray and the Team are such helpful and dedicated people and put 110% into their work, Their is NOT 1 time I have walked out of this place un happy. They done up my Hummer H3 soo much...and I couldn't have asked for any other company to have gone too but HEKTIK!!!! They gave such great opinion for my car and what do add and not add...and because of them my car LOOKS HEKTIK!!!! Get down to Hektik in Brunswick and I guarantee you, you will walk out happy and smiling! :)

Ray and the team and Hektik Brunswick were helpful and responsive when I had problems with a sat nav system. They listened to me, tested the unit, and persevered until they understood the problems and worked out solutions. It's working brilliantly now. I recommend them without hesitation.

Worst Place to go!!! Installed a car alarm for $1000, kept becoming faulty and the alarm would go off on its own, even when driving!!! Took it back, paid $$ to get a new alarm box (apparent water damage????) broke down a year later....said water damage again...when I didn't wash my car because of last time (and I have a new car)....Said was going to get it sorted, never did and was very rude and didn't care......ended up with the alarm box going off while at a friends house...Luckily he was an electrician and was able to remove it from my car....and we had to open the box and cut the leads so the thing would stop sounding. Got someone to look at it and reinstall an alarm box in the car.....They said the original installation was messy, and they added an extra ground to the new alarm box.....no problems to this day. I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!! Nice when you buy, horrible when something goes wrong.

Went into the Store to purchase audio system. Paid a thousand dollars and the management is not willing to return money even though I have not got any product or any service. simply because I had found the same product cheap elsewhere. The management would not give me my money back simply because they states it is their business and they can sell with any price they like. It has been more than 5 months no luck.

Went to Hektik to have an imported audio system installed. They were very helpful in assisting us to sort out the issues with local compliance. Turned out our system doesn't work well in Australia because it is american and the radio settings are different. They were very professional and generous in working with us. Thanks!

Just had a full install carried out on my car, absolute quality & good workmanship! Really impressed with staff & appearance of business. Well priced and competitive, job well done and definitely recommending to friends and family. :)
