Very friendly and caring family business. Highly recommended for anyone that has a fear of the dentist, Ian and the staff are very understanding. They are now our family dental service.

Very friendly people who are genuinely interested in their patients. No pushy, overselling. You are kept informed of what they are doing and why.
I was very dentist phobic before coming to this clinic but now no longer suffer any anxiety pre appointment. I feel relaxed and calm during the treatments.

Very professional, but the main thing for me is that they treat you like a valued individual. It's more like visiting a good neighbour's family who happen to do dentistry while you're there. They once kept me waiting for all of 15 minutes before my appointment (not a big deal to me) and after apologizing they actually sent me a card in the mail with further apologies and a lotto ticket as compensation. When was the last time you got customer service like that? Too bad I didn't win LOL. Bottom line...wouldn't go anywhere else.
