I have experienced no anxiety about going to the dentist since my first visit to Helena Street Dental several years ago. The entire team is exceptionally competent, caring and gentle. My husband and I would never consider going anywhere else.
Everyone is intelligent, polite, professional, personable and good at heir job. The prices are good and I love that there is a car park available.
Ian and the team at Helena Street Dental always ensure my visit to the dentist is comfortable and relaxed, it may sound crazy, but I actually look forward to seeing the dentist. From the front desk, to the hygienist chair, to the main treatment room, I am always greeted with a smile and a genuine interest in getting to know me, not just my teeth. My parents and sister have also been seeing Ian and the team for years, and we will continue to do so for many to come. Thank you HSD team, you should be so proud.
I hate going to the dentist - didn't go for over 10 years. Then my wisdom teeth were hurting so I was forced to go to a dentist. This service is very professional. Staff were comforting and helpful. They made my trip to the dentist less painful than I thought it would be.
