Ian, the Dentist himself, is very professional. Gentle, yet thorough. Nothing is too much trouble
And the pain? What pain?
I don't know how he did it, but my troublesome tooth was out before I knew it.
The staff are so caring, too. Jodie and Joanne make you feel so welcome, Sunglasses are on hand to cut out the glare from strong lights, and warm. damp flannels are ready for you to freshen up afterwards.

An unpleasant experience? Definitely not.

The staff are very friendly and Ian is a dentist who understands people's fears and tries to minimize any discomfort. Going to a dentist is never fun, but everyone there goes out of their way to ensure your visit is as painless as possible.

Not a big fan of the Dentist, but Ian is an absolute champ! had to have a few root canals, and he uses the numbing paste to great effect, unlike some dentists who put it on then miss the spot entirely, or not use it at all when it comes time for anasethetic. Love your work guys!

these guys are super friendly and not to mention Joey is very gentle when doing a scale and clean.... I am pretty terrified of the dentist but these guys are great and make it very pleasant and relaxed.

I've been going to HSD for over a decade now. Ian performed a series of major dental procedures on me including 2 root canals, 2 crowns and a couple of implants spread over 6 or 7 years. All went very well, and now my 6 monthly check up and clean by Joey is always pleasant and professional. Its like being part of the family.
