I went there for a ball - the whole experience was wonderful. The set up was so professional, the menu was elegant but not gourmet (I hate gourmet food). The room had a good sized disco floor etc.

We dined upstairs in the restaurant. It was a farewell on a Tuesday night. @ hours after ordering, no food. So someone enquired as to how long. We then endured the rudest, nastiest reaction from waitresses THEN the cranky old chef came out to abuse and berate our entire table. Kids and pensioners were present.

The food and the drinks are well priced and of a good quality, however the service leaves a lot to be desired- especially downstairs in the bistro- the staff are very young and are not experienced enough to deal with certain situations.
