Henson Park Hotel

Brilliant. Both our kids love it. Great for families too. The food is very good even great for the price. And the staff very nice.

Hands down my favorite "gastro" pub in the inner west. It's very child friendly, which *can* be aggravating if you want a quiet meal BUT their food is consistent, always delicious and pretty good for the price. Usually about 20 bucks!

Recently we have visited this place a few times and i have to say that i Love it!

The food is fantastic, very interesting selections, fresh and healthy (ish)

The play room for the kids is huge bonus. It can get a bit crazy on the weekends and not all parents do the right thing with watching their older kids but its to be expected i guess.

great atmosphere, amazing selection of craft beers and very nice wine.

Wow what a funky venue....melbourne meets marrickville! Food is great, not a huge menu, but usual pub grub with a twist. I had duck cottage pie followed by bread and butter pudding with marmalade and white choc ice cream. Both were delicious

If you want to take a step back in time go to the Henson Park Hotel for a drink. It is like a pub from the 60's and everyone is very laid back there. The only drawback is that they don't serve food.
