An extremely rude and pushy and man who, even though we had an insurance claim, tried to pressure and swindle additional money out of us. Told us he would phone us at the end of the week to collect his carpet driers but didn't hear from him until late Sunday afternoon with an expectation that we would be available at his convenience the following day. Reported this appalling service to insurance company who have stated that they never to use this company again. Don't say I didn't warn you!

didn't get all the stains out of the carpet (which was old anyway), but did the job and it was a good price for 4 rooms. The guy who came was really nice and took extra time on the carpets to try and get some stains out.
