I had to wait over thirty minutes to be served at a customer service centre today. Aside from the long wait, when I got to the counter the staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and processed my request promptly.

They are always friendly and helpful when I go to do business with the branch at Clifford Gardens. If you ask a question they give a truthful, and if they don't know they promise to find out and get back to you AND THEY DO CALL BACK !!!

I love walking into heritage and feeling like a person, i barely have to go into the bank since setting up online banking which is wonderful. If i ever have a problem i can always go in and its dealt with quickly.

I switched ALL my banking over to Heritage Building Society some years ago but I am still amazed at the service provided. Any inquiry I have is met with intelligence, patience & I leave fully satisfied with the reply I have received. The rates are low but the service is excellent.
