ive been with this bank for years because of the service and low low fees ,or no fees at times. the bank has had a face lift in last 12 months ,very fresh, very light and welcoming. happy staff, talkative . always go beyond their normal service to help customers. helped my daughter set up overseas and helped my son by giving an after hours email for one of the ladies so he could set up online banking. very happy

there are no excessive fees, and I always feel safe using their ATM. As banks go they are the best

The staff at Heritage Chermside are always extremely friendly and eager to help. They have sufficient staff on so you don't have to wait for ages. Additionally they have no accounting keeping fees (A BIG PLUS) and they have very competitive interest rates.
