Heritage City Realty managed my rental property for approx. 12 months. During this time their service was poor. My first lot of tenants made physical changes to my property, including holes in walls, and this was not even picked up in the inspection by them. I brought this to their attention. They did not even pursue the tenants for the damage compensation which I was rightly entitled to. I had issues receiving my rent money on time. I found them blatantly dishonest. They were also personally defammatory. Do not use this agency for property management unless you want a stressful and horrible experience.
