Iain is a multi-talented allrounder who has many good ideas and suggestions. He helped me with a number of tasks including regrout and resilicon the shower; rejuvenating and tiling the laundry area and various other tasks to get my rental on the market.
He is very hardworking as some of this work was completed after hours as he was busy with other jobs during the day and he agreed to help me meet timelines. His quotes and invoices are itemised so it is clear what work is being charged. Honest, reliable, highly skilled and reasonably price, Iain is one of the best handyman I’ve ever come across.
