Oh the lady in this shop was amazing! We went in and bought some little soverniers for the kids and had a chat to her about what to do in Hervey Bay!

We booked our full day whale watching with this tour centre and the whale watching was the best day out ever we saw a heap of whales and even some dolphins!! they were able to recommend the best tour for us with small children and the kids absolutely had a ball. Great service, easy to deal with will definitely book through them again next time we go back to visit family.

We used this tourist centre to book a few different tours whilst in Hervey Bay. A hummer day trip to Fraser Island was fabulous - just 4 of us, packed champagne lunch supplied, great commentary from the driver who lived locally. Also booked 2 different whale watching tours - both of which were fabulous and a dinner/cruise to Fraser Island. The staff at the tourist centre went out of their way to accommodate our needs and ensure we had the best possible tours. They also followed up wanting feedback to help them improve.
