I am one of the valued customer of Heshela. But today I just wanted to share the worst experience and the worst service that I got from Heshela hair salon while doing permanent straightening. Being a customer we also expect the good service as we pay for it. But blaming the customer in order to hide their employees fault is totally unfair. The service provider should treat all the customer equally as they equally pay for it . I would like to request to the owner of Heshela Hair Salon that please ensure that you treat your customer well because one customer also plays a vital role to lead the business.

My Scenario:
I went to Heshela Hair Salon for permanent straightening. Being the service provider their responsibility is to give the information about what other type of straightening do they have. They checked my hair and they asked me what you want to do and I clearly mentioned that I need nice hair and I am happy to pay as much as you said . I asked them twice if permanent hair straightening suit on me then I will go for permanent straightening and they said “why not it will suit on your hair we are just only giving you the information”.They started applying first lotion . After wash I had seen my hair was already damaged. The staff started ironing my hair she gave extra heat on my hair with high voltage and it started falling . They started applying second cream and within a second Mrs Sonam Shrestha suggested her employee to wash my hair immediately. After last wash she told me ,if I was at store I would not have suggested you to do permanent hair straightening instead I would suggest you to do keratin and her employee who checked my hair at first told that my hair was curl . Come on who comes with his/her hair straight to do hair straightening. I have been texting the owner regarding my damage hair but I m not not getting proper response . Most of the good reviews and result have been posting in Heshela Hair Salon page but I can’t see my before and after photo or any videos as the result is worst . I would like to request Heshela team to post my this review as well in their page because I don’t want any other customer to face this kind of problem and waste their money. I went to do my Hair and Make Up: Worst place to visit due to very poor quality of customer service, and very expensive for the service and quality of job they provide, i would suggest everyone not to go over there. I had a bad experience due to bad customer service and over price.

This is new salon in Rockdale and they are having 25% off till 28 Feb as opening special. The place look n ice and they were really busy so better book if you need any service. I went to do my eyebrow threading and haircut. I was really happy with eyebrow as she did a great job but hair cut is average. I was happy to pay the discounted price as it feels good to save money. They also sell Nepali accessories for bride including sari, chura, pote and tika as well. The price of the salon is reasonable in compare to other salon in Rockdale. .
