My 4 year old is a little ball of energy so this has really help her calm down a notch she was struggling to sit still and constantly on the move, once we started the program with her learning through music, she has become more able to concentrate and relaxed. Happy child = happy home!! Problem served

We've only just started but thus far my daughter LOVE's it! They yoga sessions not only help to work out some of that energy but also helps with her mood and ability in general, it is definitely worth a go.
