Do not use these guys. Took forever to get a simple guttering job done. I had to threaten with consumer affairs and be an absolute jerk just to get them to do their job. And yet after it was all over (3 months later) the gutters still leaks. DO NOT use these guys. Avoid like the plague.

It's a great product - our guttering needed replacing and we went for this brand again with it's unique leaf guard system. No more gutters to scoop, and only the odd leaf or two to brush off come bushfire season as it all gets blown off the gutter guard. We actually placed the order last year, through the prior company before it went bankrupt. Thankfully, we had ours already delivered and just awaiting installation by Hi-Tec, who took over from the prior company. Installation actually happened last year, but it leaked TERRIBLY (due to a couple of seals not being completed we found out later). It wasn't until I sent an email with video of the leak that I got a response, and even then it took several months for them to come out and repair it (mostly) in July. I know it's easy for a customer to get forgotten, especially when you're taking over a business, but I was frustrated by the lack of communication after already having significant issues with the install. By all means go for the product, but be prepared, if you have any issues, to be EXTREMELY persistent in your follow-up.
