Very disappointed. I have picked-up dirty car twice and paid premium. All together $650. Carbon coating first time plus detailed clean and detailed clean second time. I have been talked into purchasing discounted voucher when I took my car first time. I had to use it, that is why I went back. I was not very happy after first time. Today's service was really bad. The car is all smudged. Windows dirty. Seals around the boot door have been not touched still in mud. Not vacuum well and definitely not steam cleaned as promised. The car was left opened with the key inside the ignition unsupervised. The lady from the front counter told me to wait 5 minutes because she is on lunch. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service. I will never go back. Don't waste your money find someone else.
