We visited on a Saturday evening and was immediately impresses with the new menu. Lots of choices and good prices. We had a table of eight so everyone tried something different as it was too hard to choose which meal to order, it all looked too good. Everyone is very happy with all the meals and the staff were very friendly and made a huge deal out of our kids too. The kids fish was great and the chicken nuggets were actually real chicken, not that processed rubbish you get elsewhere, which my daughter loved.

This is our local pub and we often get dinner here. The restaurant and beer garden are great- ALWAYS busy, and therefore noisy but has a friendly atmosphere and I would have no problems taking children there to eat. The food is really good- better than most pubs I think. They always have something unusual on the menu, and the prices are definitely reasonable. Great wine list and choice of beers too.
The staff tend to be a little hit and miss but they're always run off their feet so understandable :)

then place is a bit rowdy , the prices are bit expensive considering it is a pub . When dining there you can hardly hear what you are saying , the noise is a bit loud , to be expected i suppose. You do get a few hooligans there not a place for a family with kids though

Very mediocre. Food OK but nothing special. Can't really complain about the service - didn't have to wait too long and with a larger group, food came out at similar time.

My partner and I went for dinner at this hotel and were a little disappointed with the quality and temperature of the meals. Although it was reasonably priced and the hotel itself is nice with a lovely setting and outdoor beer garden, I probably wouldn't eat there again.
