A good mate decided to hold her baby shower here instead of the traditioinal kitchen tea because she'd had multiple babies before and didn't need most of the stuff she'd get gven and instead just wanted us to each pay for high tea, as it looked lke fun. And it was. Beautiful ambience... but still quite dear. Fun, but probably wouldn't do again.

Went to High Society in celebration of a friend's wedding. The food is presented in a 'high tea' fashion on tiered plates. The cakes and dessert were delicious and there is a huge selection of teas. It was a little off putting to be rushed out the door before we had finished as the staff were preparing for the next sitting
