Very disappointed. I just spoke with a receptionist today (morning 30/4/23) from this practice who was extremely rude and unwilling to help me with my enquiry. I understand that maybe not all receptionists at this practice are like this but it has deterred me very much as that particular individual was portraying a reflection of the medical clinic.

Been seeing a doctor there for over 6 years my wife as well but now it's just not possible receptionist won't answer phone rang for over an hour the place has gone bad they've got all our medical records now we have to find another practice as this one is no longer reliable it took us long enough to find this one so now we have to start all over again.

I understand that there is a lot of call to the doctors office in the current climate, but turning off the phones!!!! That is ridiculous.

You can’t get connected at all or leave a message, I need to check up on test results but I am not allowed to go into the clinic due to COVID, my only option is phoning them but calls won’t be picked up.

You cant even call them to ask for a tele-health appointment instead of in person

Out of 10 it deserves an 6. Always long wait, the lady at the desk never smiles. The Doctor's are very good apart from one of them, hopeless. The Chemist is great and very handy.[Redacted generalisation] Apart from that, not bad.

Attended the surgery had a great Doctor Dr Paras Hossieny to treat me only to attend the surgery at a later date to be informed the Doctor that I saw was no longer there. I was told that the Drs are moved around to different surgery's for training purposes. So I don't think I will be using there services again. I was intending to use the Doctor I saw on a permanent basis but when I was informed by the surgery that their Doctors are not there on a permanent basis I have opted to find a new Doctor and wont be attending this surgery again

Been here a few times when I dont want to wait at my usual Dr's. The Doctors are lovely and dont just push you out the door. They always go over my history and check BPetc. I dont usually wait to long.

Ive been there a couple of times for checkups, there are always appointments available and the doctors are competent. Sometimes a very long wait. Convenient location and satisfactory service.

Depends on which Doctor you get really. They are all competent but it did take a while for them to diagnose my glandular fever. The pathologist nurse is friendly and makes taking a sample bearable. She even remembers faces after 6 months.

I had to get a three hour blood test, the pathologist was great and friendly. The waiting room was a little crowded although they had minimal Foxtel in one room. The Doctors are competent and efficient. There is often drop-in appointments available for those unexpected visits.

My whole family use this medical practice. There are a few very good doctors here and I will always see the same one. He is caring, understanding and is a very good doctor. Problem is, it is difficult to get an appointment to see him. Sometimes waiting up to a week before being able to scedule an appointment. Bulk billing.
