Unfriendly receptionists, can be abrupt and unhelpful, often left waiting on the phone when booking an appointment .
Kept waiting for 40 - 45 minutes every appointment to see the doctor, then spend a long time having to listen to the doctor talking. She always forgets something so I have to call back, the last time it was a prescription. Then I got incorrect medication prescribed.
Last visit I waited 45 minutes to be seen, then got ushered out before my referral to a specialist was discussed, I was told I would have to re book another appointment to discuss the referral although this had previously been discussed on other appointments and has been an ongoing problem we have already discussed.
So my last visit was my last visit at a cost of mostly over $100 per visit and a lengthy wait it isn’t pleasant. It costs me a lot of money because the Doctor likes to talk for too long.

Great clinic - the reception staff are really attentive and the doctors are really friendly; they don't rush you out the door. I noticed they have skin checks and travel medicine, and some of the doctors also participate in shared care.
