Fittings are poor quality. Consider paying a bit extra. Service at the time of purchase great, however after purchase full of excuses abut the second grade fittings....

Bought a replacement toilet from their online catalogue and much classier than other toilets we'd found in that price range from other retailers and discount warehouses.
Service was very good, fast, informative and friendly.
Very happy to recommend them, and happy to return for future bathroom renovation needs.
