I agree with another reviewer that some of the reception staff can be very abrupt and unfriendly.
The doctors I have been to (dr Liew and dr Carter) have always been very thorough, friendly and patient. I’ve often had to wait 45 mins for my appointment tho and that is very frustrating.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctors are very thorough and professional. Like all medicos some personalities 'click' more than others. I have 3 favourites. Convenient to pathologist, chemist and physio.

While the doctors are friendly, the reception staff are short, abrupt and seem very unhelpful. The experience I had with the nurse was unpleasant and uncomfortable in a situation when I needed medical attention. I have not often had an overall good experience with this practice.

Very clean and tidy practice. Never have to wait for too long. Staff are very polite. Professional respect is shown for people within the same industry.
