I was spoken down to, and ridiculed and belittled by one of there mechanics and made to feel like a nothing, insinuating I misheard info from another of their staff and got price mixed up with something else and treated like a dumb female, I left there and burst into tears, and felt like a nobody,I left domestic violence relationship to not be feel like it again.

To change spark plugs & fit the brake pads supplied, was quoted roughly $100 when picked it up Yada Yada oh & a little bit of labour $220 that was for 40 mins work & $70 for fitting the spark plugs only 4. That's nearly $20 per plug Not to mention hadn't been there in 3 yrs after another unsatisfactory visit, it's so hard to find a good honest mechanic, If your desperate & go there check their work & get a written quote.

Approximate cost: $200

Just had my 2001 Magna serviced by the guys at Hillmans and was more than pleased with their attitude to customer service from the moment I dropped off the car until I picked it up again. All general services are clearly priced on a board letting you know exactally how much you are up for, and anything that requires attention is clearly stated on your invoice when you pick up your vehicle.

Approximate cost: $99
