My daughter and her bridesmaid attended store and picked out dresses, 2 nd bridesmaid was away at time so based on her measurements dress ordered. They rang when dresses arrived and 2 nd girl went in dress was too big so they exchanged it then and there no problems. Helpful staff. Lots of choice we had no problems at all much better than other stores visited for bridesmaid dresses. Thank you

Some lovely gowns, service was fantastic,I did however find that these gowns were a little overpriced, and quite a few we're in quite used condition from people trying on, the dress I was going to purchase was missing beads and had threads coming off, and I was offered a selection of beads out of a box that may or not match perfectly and then given the name of a dressmaker that could apply them for me at my own expense, as these gown was $560 I did not think that I should have to outlay more money, getting a new gown wasn't an option as it takes about six weeks, the gown I wanted was a size 2 which fit perfectly but then the sales lady tried to squeeze me into a 0 which was very uncomfortable and tight, it didn't sit right and I couldn't sit down in it, but she was still trying to push the sale by saying that it looked great, other than this they do have a great selection of gowns and are generally quite helpful

Contacted Hills In Hollywood via telephoned and enquired regarding a particular branded dress and whether it can be ordered in and the lady was only to happy to help and said she would also send out a copy of the latest brochure of that particular brands latest releases.

Fantastic - my wedding dress is so beautiful and they do alterations in-store that saved me $150 - I was quoted $350 for a hem at another alteration place and $200 at Hills in Hollywood

I have been in here a few times, sometimes the service is great, other times it leaves room for improvement. They have some beautiful gowns if you have the time to look through the racks, as the gowns are now on mannequins. Some gowns are a little over priced for the nature of the service (Ie when you order in a wedding dress it is not made to measure).

I had the best experience with Hills in Hollywood. First they were located at Bald Hills but then moved to Chermside for expansion. They were really good with helping us to get where they were located. I needed alot of adjustments due to my pregnancy and they were always welcoming to myself and my bridesmaids.
