AWESOME, AMAZING, PERFECT
My mum, bridesmaids and I suddenly had I day we could drive to Townsville to try dresses. I forgot to call for an appointment until we where almost in Townsville but I was told it was fine to come in. We found the store easily and were welcomed as soon as we walked in. Annika looked after us and she was amazing. I tried heaps of gowns and she had plenty of ideas based on the look I wanted and styles I liked. I got The first dress she recommended. They also gave the card of the lady they recommend for alterations. 2 of my 4 bridesmaids could come and they tried lots of dresses and we found the perfect dress for them as well. Annika knew the sizing of the dresses and very accurately assessed the girls sizes. Today I ordered the 4 dresses over the phone. The whole experience has been so easy and pain free! I know people say you can get it cheaper online but I got all the dresses for cheaper then I was quoted for similar designs online and so much easier. Annika told me what details she would need to check with regard to the girls dresses and promptly got back to me. Her manner was always delightful and she is very willing to help. I did not get to deal with any other staff but saw them with other customers and they appeared the same. I will definitely go back.
