I discovered this little gem by word of mouth (best way!) Since having it recommended by one person, I found a second person that uses this mechanic and loves it here. I went there after I had an alternator replaced incorrectly and the radiator hose was not reattached properly. They assessed the problem immediately and gave me a lift home while they fixed it. I had been told by the first repairer that the car needed a number of other repairs. They assured me that the situation was not so dire. They replaced a hose which was now damaged and picked me up from home when they were finished. And they charged me a fair amount to do this. Despite only using their service once, I have confidence in them and will definitely return for my car's next service.
