We recently bought some new appliances and found the staff most helpful and attentive, answering our questions and providing us with a small discount due to some items being floor stock.

Although the free-standing oven I bought looked cheaper online, Betta's cheaper instalation costs meant the total price was the same. Definitely worth the trip to have the peace of mind of buying from an actual shop.

We were served quickly and were impressed by the friendly helpfull staff. I hadn't intended to buy as I was just cheking prices, but saw no reason to wait once i was in the store. It's a small store and the range is not huge, but the service was great and proces are reasonable.

Instalation of oven was easily arranged at a time that suited, and was done in 1/2 hour on the day arranged.
