If you're thinking of using these guys to help start your active wear brand.... DONT!!!
Hingto to have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with.
In the beginning they were good to deal with, then after we paid for our tech packs, and paid the deposit for our initial bulk order they stopped replying to emails and basically have ignored us ever since.
They told us when we paid for our tech packs in Jan 22, that it was roughly an 8 month process to receive the bulk order, its now Aug 23 and we still dont have the order. Yes, thats nearly a year and a half.!!!!
They have told us its done, but inflated the price last invoice, that i have refused to pay until its amended back to its original price. Now they wont reply to email emails, or give a refund.
These guys are a joke, i am starting legal action against them to get my money back...
So what ever you do...... DO NOT USE HINGTO!!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this company, initially their communication was great... until they got my money.

I paid for the three tech packs which they claim to be your Intellectual Property and yet do not send you the actual tech pack just a generic clothing outline with the images you supplied, the reason for this is they do not want you to take the tech packs to other suppliers (and yet it is your IP).

They could not provide a revision of the tech pack as that was out of the designers capability and yet it states that one revison is supplied. They wanted me to sign off on the tech pack that I wanted changes to and trust that it would meet my expectations.

No suggestions for fabric where given in stage 1 as stated on their page, follow up emails they where stating this was in stage 2.

No graphical design input from the designers was available as they only copy the images you suply.

After multiple emails, the 10 day time frame for the tech pack was blown out to 26 and from the initial contact to the company of a time frame of 6 weeks was a struggle to even progress to stage 2.

Dealings with my account manager was terrible, continually dodging and blatantly ignoring questions, queries and concerns.

The phone number on their website has been disconnected and I had to retrieve a phone number for HINGTO through the account manager.

After the initial call with the marketing manager, my phone calls where ignored.

I request a refund, and that too was met with silence until I said I was going chase it through other means.

I would heavily recommend not using this company due to the lack of communication after they have received your money, not following their terms and conditions in regards to what is supplied in what pack, not providing graphical input, dodging phone calls and ignoring emails.
