Cutest little Japanese food store in Fitzroy. You can get rare ingredients here for making Japanese meals and staff are very helpful and friendly as well

This place is like a Japanese pantry, as you walk in, you order your food and then you can browse the isles to buy some Japanese food, either fresh or frozen.

We ordered the large Sushi Mix with some unagi (eel) and we waited whilst it was made fresh to order which was about 15 minutes tonight.

The sushi was served on a big take away platter and it was really fresh and tasty. Great value for money!

Delicious. This is not your usual ho hum sushi cafe. You can look forward to made to order nigiri, hose maki and nosé maki, all with plump, fresh pieces of seafood- salmon, tuna, prawn, king fish, even uni (sea urchin) if you're in luck. Everything was perfect in temperature, freshness, quantities etc. They've also got some great japanese beer and authetic condiments as well.
