Fantastic relaxation! What a beautiful business & beautiful people running it. I can highly recommend the Kahuna massage. It was my first time using a salt room. I will be using it again. I felt like I was floating after I left.

A truly blissful afternoon, my massage was relaxing and most therapeutic (Rae worked away all the kinks). First time experience with salt spa and infrared sauna - felt cleansed and invigorated. The perfect end to my week of respite.

It truly was a lovely exceptional experience, my mum hasnt had many massages but ive had quite a number over the years, and i have been to various day spas, yours is so warm and relaxing, you can feel the love you must have put into the placeAnd Rae's hawaaian technique and lovely calming presence was something special, plus was greet to meet you also afterwards I also noticed that you normally shut at 1pm sunday so appreciate that you made the time outside normal operating hours just for us! We are definately repeat customers

The beautiful team at Hinterland Holistic health were just awesome. Myself and my bestie were so looking forward to a break and R&R and this certainly didn't disappoint. With myself breastfeeding and friend heavily pregnant, these ladies put together a specially catered morning to accommodate our needs. We both felt that we hadn't felt this relaxed in a long time. My massage was one of the best I'd ever had, the feet treatment was just a perfect combination of soothing and sensory bliss and the salt therapy was a great calming way to start the day.
To top it all off we were able to take home/ purchase some salt lamps and blocks to continue the salt experience back at home.
I'd highly recommend this lovely place to others and cant wait to book in again.

Amazing - I love the space, it's got a great feel. I've had a couple of reiki healing sessions with Leanne and feel like a new person. Highly recommended! I've also tried the salt room and bought a couple of gorgeous salt lamps which are just lovely. I am looking forward to trying some of the other modalities on offer as I haven't seen them offered elsewhere.

The staff are so amazing. The space is so relaxing and comforting I did not want to leave. After my consult I felt so relaxed and peaceful! I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone that needs a bit of 'me time', healing, rejuvinating or being pampered.

I won a reike session with Leanne and went on the weekend. I Suffer with Lupus, fynromyalgia and thyroid disease as well as three bulged discs in my lower back and one in my neck. I have had 3 knee surgeries and have major joint pain. I have tried so many therapies and meds and have to say I was amazed at the relief I got from the reike session. I immediately felt Leanne working on me and joint pain I've had in my ankle for six months was almost gone. I then asked Leanne if she could fit my partner in for a massage . He has severe arthritis and gout since he was 28. He's 41 and been bed ridden most of last 3 years. For the first time in along time he had pain relief and was able to go out on the weekend. We can't thank Leanne enough. Such a kind and thoughtful , caring and very talented woman. Xoxo
