Never again

I hadn’t even met David but just from his initial phone call he made me feel relaxed. It was a huge change for me..... update my car, change interstate, trade in of my old car...... things I hadn’t done in years. I didn’t have to do a thing except to drive the car I liked which I did and then David and I shook on the agreement. Seriously I couldn’t be happier. Thanks to the team at Hinterland Toyota. Betsy (the car) and I are driving along just fine.

They seemed fine at the service department , I purchased a Ford Raptor from their Robina Dealership for $ 127,000.00 . Took it get services , it had a power steering noise . When I got it back : same noise , I checked the power steering fluid : almost empty. They don't check anything , also the air filter was filthy , they had not bothered to check that either . I would certainly never use these service people at Nerang Hinterland Toyota again . Remember I paid $ 127,000.00 for his vehicle from Hinterland Toyota .

Very friendly staff who are always willing to negotiate a price with the customer. I got my car for a very good price, plus, they tinted my windows for free.
