Very poor communication. Was told conflicting information from one visit to the next. I took a 1/2 day off work as per instructions but it turned into a full day. Visited for an x-ray which required anesthetic. Waited in a room with my dog for over 45 minutes and no one came to check or give instructions. Turns out they were waiting on me to come out to ask - wasted time. This then further delayed my 'spot' in the line. Very frustrating.

Extremely caring understanding staff - amazing follow up service. Even though extremely busy - have always dealt with my babies promptly. Very country style in friendliness and caring. Fantastic prices.

Could not recommend vet Cathy Dixon highly enough. If you need an honest, extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring vet, Cathy Dixon is who you and your pet need to see. Doesn't matter if you have a small dog like a Maltese Shitzu or a giant hound puppy like an English Mastiff, Cathy knows her craft, she is real, incredibly talented and the animals love her. She is not just any vet, she is fantastic, the best small animals vet I have met ever! The Staff at Hinterland are fantastic too and are all there because they love what they do.

Great with the animals. Prices pretty good. Service excellent. Have been there with both cats and separate times and seen the same vet. They also have puppy and kitten kindy classes for young pets.
