I have used Hire A Hubby Unley on several occasions. He is reliable and provides a competitive rate. Generally takes 5-7 working days to get him out, but he is high demand from a couple other real estate agencies so he is busy.

An everyday handyman, I needed to fill a hole in the wall and then to be tiled over, removed door and fitted a new door and lock set, replaced washers in the bathroom and reglued loose slate on verandah. He came twice within a week and organised it all. Anything that you need done around the house Hire a Hubby is who you call.
