I wanted to replace my rear wheel, so I went in the shop with my bike to ask for one and straight away they were trying to sell me a new bike and have me trade my old one in. After I convinced them that it was fine, I was happy just replacing the wheel, they ordered a wheel in, which arrived promptly the following day, but turned out to be the wrong size. They promised to get a new one in "tomorrow morning", but after two days waiting for their phone call I went back in only to discover that the wheel was still sitting behind the counter and they hadn't done anything about it. So I asked for my money back and they obliged.

Went in with 2 bicycles that were not working too good. They adjusted one of them for free and immediately started working on the other one. Also got a few repair and do it yourself items from them. Very helpful and friendly crew.
