Disgusted with my recent experience with Hogan Hot Water. We decided to go with them as they are local, even though they were $200 more expensive than Rheem. They installed the wrong sized heater, charged for the larger size, then called us incompetent when we complained. They refused to honor their original quote and so we told them to take it back. They were rude and very unhelpful. BEWARE

Approximate cost: $1700

Installed a new hot water system. Was able to come within a short time frame and provide advice on how to upgrade our system to include a better safety for our kids. I am not sure it was good value though.
