I went there for lunch with a friend, I can't say I was over impressed with my order as the steak I had was a little to grizzly for my liking. But having said that my friend really enjoyed her Hamburg and chips.

Was extremely shocked when the waiter answered his mobile phone while taking our order, then we waited a really long time for the food which wasn't the best. Never again!!

I used to go here quite regularly, but it is quite alot of money to pay for food. But I love their ribs. The bench seats are really narrow and uncomfortable. They also were closed during the weekend at 2pm until around 5pm. It was weird considering they were turning people away and their neighbouring restaurants were all open. Friendly service though.

Arrived for 7pm reservation to find they didn't have any record of it. The Manager managed to put some tables together to accommodate the 12 of us. The food was nothing spectacular but everyone enjoyed there meals. The staff were friendly but run off there feet.

a great night out with the family but a bit disappointed with the food. not really somewhere to go for a 5 star steak but for what you pay you get your moneys worth. the cocktails are great

Very poor service. Tables left uncleared. Were ignored at the bar. Took 15 to receive a menu. We eventually got food at 8:20 after arriving for a 7:30pm reservation.

I visited this restaurant for a second time after my first experience was shocking. My first experience - I decided to try the so called " Slow cooked prime rib" steak and it is completely opposite to the companys slogan - They should say "We do BAD steak" . It was full of gristle, very tough (even though I get it Medium Rare) and absolutly swimming in BBQ sauce. The service was amazing however and that made my night alot better. My second experience I tought I would try them again, however I avoided the steak myself. The new potato skins were awesome, and my meal (chicken and ribs) was much better this time. My partner had a steak and to her dismay it was meant to be Well Done and came out medium rare. It was a thin steak also! I would reccomend this restaurant for anything BUT the steak as the staff were super friendly and quick.
