Great little bakery - had a big range of sweet and savoury classics available for what were really reasonable prices. Service was interesting, but I was interrupting the lady putting chocolate icing on a cupcake with her finger, no less... Classic. Sausage roll was very good regardless, interesting amount of onion, but it tasted great.

Along Logan Road in Brisbane is this cute little suburban shopping centre (what isn't on this road? LOL). There's a Foodworks supermarket and other shops and on the end is Holland Place Bakery. Run by pleasant Asian family serving up a delicious array of pies and sausage rolls, sweet cakes and tarts and all manner of breads.

A great little stop for a snack to recharge your batteries while driving. Pie was full of chunky steak and not watery gravy and the cake slice was generous and delicious. Plenty of drink options. It's a little cluttered and there are two counters, but the quality of food is great.

Open for breakfast, lunch and desserts any time.

Approximate cost: $8
