We recently purchased a property with newly laid carpets done by Hollywood Carpets. On day one of going into the house both my son and and I ended up getting injured due to the tacking strips being the wrong size.
After telling us that they just needed hammering down which which would not solve the issue, they are now ignoring us. I don't know how they think spikes sticking out of the carpet is ok!!

I contacted Verda though Hipages as in the past I have found excellent results. All I needed was three rooms re stretched Carpet.
We made time for the service to be carried out. I re arranged my schedule. and waited and waited then texted Verda no reply, and after many many text's with no replies. So I cannot review this business but only to say they are not reliable. No matter how good the reviews are, if they don't do as promised or give you a reply. Thats rule. So Im extremely disappointed As my time is valuable as well. I guess my business was not worth the service to them
