Had Brazilian keratin @ $220 done for my daughter the first time, turned out good. Went the second time was charged $250 completely different product did not work. Complained to the lady and she said that she won't be redoing it & slammed the phone in my face. Now they refuse to talk or fix problem. Very poor customer service and really unprofessional

Worst service ever. Got my hair done for my brothers wedding by the owner. She stuffed it up and wouldn't fix it. Poor service. The staff pretend they don't understand English when you ask them to do something. It seems as though they only understand English up till the time they put you in a chair.

Used to love going here but the standard has dropped. Three times I have had my hair done only to be very disappointed. They do not listen and if you ask them to fix anything they walk away. The owner ruined my hair that was the final straw. Dirty rude unhygenic.

not very experienced staff, a lot of products and services available but not off quality, I remember getting my acrylic nail fixed because it broke and could not go to my regular salon, while having my nail fixed a woman walked in that was all red in the face from some product that was used on her during her visit. since then have not visited again

Good customer service. Cheaper value. I usually prefer waxing rather than hair cut from this saloon. Eye brew and upper lip $17, I think it is a good value.
