I ordered washing machine and few things and spoke and machine was left one flight of stairs and was forced to pay $50 to install the machine ( no machine to be removed) even though delivery and installation was included ( 1st floor unit), even though last time I ordered it was delivered on level 3 without lift and old machine removed.
Delivery guy notified delivery is free if good ordered are over $800 which applied to my case and yet machine was thrown and rolled up stairs like thrash. Later delivery guy took the spare parts and tools in the box and abandoned the empty box on road underneath my house.
When I called Hamid at store - was very unhelpful and so was the delivery guy who demanded cash as he would leave the good at the door and leave. Another form of extortion is least I can say.
Very disappointing service and overall experience.
will never order from them again.
