I just spent a week in there, having first gone to their private Emergency Dept. I was feeling very ill when I arrived and I was seen within a couple of minutes which was great. In the next five minutes I had an IV drip put up, a doctor checked me fully and I went for a scan. After I'd been there for one hour I'd been diagnosed , and had the appropriate drugs flowing into me. In other hospitals I would have still been sitting in the ER at that time. The staff couldn't be faulted, they were total professionals in all ways and couldn't have been kinder. When I went to the ward I found the same high standards there - staff very well informed, kind and with high standards at all times. Buzzers were answered within minutes every time. Meals were so-so but I wasn't well so maybe they were better than I thought. I'd highly recommend this hospital to anyone who needs quick treatment. You pay for the Emergency on the spot ( starts at about $250 plus any other costs but half of that is claimable on Medicare).

i had my first heart operation here in 1969 and my next in 1973 when i was young , this hospital saved my life, then a few months ago i had to go back only to find out that things i was told about my surgury did not happen but not to worry that was a mistake on my parents i think they service here is great, the waiting times are fairly short. when you arrive you are sent for tests and exrays then weight and height then sent to a set area to see your doctor, it is easy accessable by city bus and taxi, buses are about ever 15minutes, they also have a public hospital and this is where i was operated on way back when

My 2 night stay in this hospital was a very good experience. They had very efficient and dedicated staff. Very Hygienic practices. I had no problem with meal issues. I have been in a few hospitals over the years and as well as other hospitals I would also recommend this one..

If you have to be in hospital, this place isn't too bad. Staff are lovely for the most part. Food is alright. Good service generally and excellent standards of hygiene.

I had to take my mother in law into this hospitals emergency and they were just wonderful, she was treated extremely quickly and with dignity, the staff kept me informed at all times and even looked after me while I waited on information, they made her really comfortable
