We purchased our Novelli toughened glass sink thru the HSC in 2012 and have been very happy with it.
One day there was an accident and it chipped
Upon mentioning this to them - they pursued the matter with Novelli who have replaced the sink even though it was no longer under warranty

This place seems to have a great range of items for building/renovating, including tapware. I only went there to purchase a replacement cartridge for my water filter. The lady who served me was excellent. When I arrived she was on the phone. After completing the call another one came in straight away. She answered it but put them on hold to assist me. I love that! There is nothing worse than the phone taking precedence over physical customers! She was very friendly and efficient and didn't mind that I changed my mind to purchasing just one cartridge after she brought me two from the warehouse.
