The staff were fantastic at assisting me with paint colors and advice when I went in on my own. When I went in again with my husband (after bragging to him about the great service) staff hardly noticed us. I feel staff need to be enthusiastic to ALL customers but I really appreciated their help when I went in and made purchases alone to paint/renovate bathroom.

asking for help in certain sections was not great, l was asking for item l got told we have it its down the back not willing to show me , register the woman on counter was rude and when l said something she answer back rudely

I went in looking for a kit that detects lead paint one saturday afternoon. They did not have such a kit. They then jumped on the phone and called around, they could only locate a kit at Bunnings, i had to purchase something in appreciation for their effort.

needed building supplies for around the house DIY projects, HOME had a better price than bunnings on arc's and skirt boards. They then deducted a 10% discount off the material that I was buying, the same as Bunnings would have if I had shown the receipt. They also organised delivery on a Saturday which they don't usually do which was great!

We usually go here to buy from their nursery, where you can often find a good bargain. The service is pretty minimal with the nursery, but the wood supplies guys are great. We've also bought fencing wire here, at reasonable prices.
