i am not impressed with the layby system at this store, if you want to stop the layby you either have to pay a cancellation fee of $20 or 20% of the purchase price depends on whichever greater applies. unlke other stores you can get a refund but minus the layby fee, the way they hsave done it is if you only psaid one payment and got the same item elsewhere you would loose any money you made on the initial deposit
